sorry i've been away so long . . .

a lot of things happened to me, my husband, and our two (four-legged) kids after a camping adventure to the state of washington in early june. out of a disastrous rv experience, our lifetime dream came true. we happened upon the most special piece of land in a beautiful valley of the north cascades region of the state. hiking, skiing, mountain biking right out our front door, for the 11+ acres backs up to the national forest. three pastures, three ponds, off-grid, mountain spring gravity water source, barn (future home to chickens), vegetable & fruit garden spot, and a guest cabin which is becoming my art studio! i don't mean to be glowing so publically, but i can't help how wonderful a feeling it is to be living the life we love.
